Adding restrictions to subs' mobile subscriptions

Learn how to add limits to a mobile plan to control costs.

To be able to purchase a subscription in the app, you need to be the account owner or have the Account permission.

To add blocks, start by clicking the gear icon , then go to Organization Settings → Company Account → Subs → Subs Mobile .

Adding locks

  1. Open the desired subscription
  1. Click on “Blocks”
  1. Check all desired restrictions.
  1. Save and then save again.

Information about different locks

  • Incoming call
    • Blocks all incoming calls to the mobile number
  • Outgoing calls
    • Blocks all outgoing calls from the mobile number
  • International calls
    • Blocks all calls to foreign numbers.
  • Premium, fun calls
    • Blocks all calls to premium rate numbers (bingolotto etc.)
  • Premium, information call
  • Roaming
    • Block data usage and browsing abroad
