Buy a landline number
To purchase a landline number in the app, you need to be the account owner or have the Account permission.
Step 1 – Go to settings
- Click the gear at the bottom of the left-hand menu to open Organization Settings .
Step 2 – Select Telephony System
- Click on Telephony System .
- Then select Landline number .
Step 3 – Buy number
- Click Buy issue .
- Choose whether you want to purchase a single issue or a series of issues .
- Select area code .
- If you choose a number series: choose size, 10, 100 or 1000 numbers.
- Click Search to see which numbers are available.
Step 4 – Select and confirm
- Select the issue or series you want to purchase.
- Click Buy to complete the order.
- The price follows the current price list.
After purchase
- Your new number or number range will appear under Unassigned landline numbers .
- It is not automatically linked to any subscription.
- Follow a separate guide if you want to link the number to a subscription.
