Buy a new Subs subscription in the app

To purchase a new subscription in the app, you need to be the account owner or have the Account permission.


Step 1 – Go to settings

  • Click the gear at the bottom of the menu on the left to open Settings .

Step 2 – Select Business Account

  • Click on Business Account .
  • Then select Subs in the menu.

Step 3 – Choose subscription type

  • Click on Buy Subs mobile if you want a mobile subscription.
  • Click Buy Subs Fixed if you want a fixed subscription.
  • Choose whether the subscription should be bound according to a framework agreement or unbound according to a price list.

Step 4 – Enter details

  • Choose call rate : fixed or variable.
  • Select data package .
  • Select number : new, reserved, specific or port existing number.
  • Enter the SIM ICC number if you have a physical SIM card. It is 20 digits long and is located on the card.
  • Or select eSIM and follow the instructions.
  • Choose whether the number should be connected to the switchboard or be independent.
  • Turn on MEX if the number should be integrated with the switchboard.

Step 5 – Complete the order

  • Confirm the order.
  • The subscription will then be activated automatically.

Link mobile number with landline number (MEX)

  1. Go to Organization Settings .
  1. Select Telephony System .
  1. Click Mobile number .
  1. Add an unassigned landline number under Linked number .
  1. Click Save .
    • If that doesn't work, first assign the landline number to a user and then try again.

Important to know

  • When porting a number, check that there is no remaining binding time.
  • If a number is connected to the switchboard with MEX, it means that the mobile number and landline number are connected and work together.
