There are two ways to listen to your voicemail depending on whether you have mex activated or not:
1. Play and manage voice messages in the app (Mex)
- Open the app and click on the phone icon in the menu on the left.
- Select the Voicemail tab to view your received voicemails.
- Click the play icon next to the message you want to listen to.
- When you have finished listening and want to mark the message as played:
- Click on the three dots next to the message
- Select the Mark as played option.
- To mark all messages as played, select the Mark all as played option in the same menu.
2. By calling a number (not mex)
- Call 144 .
- New messages are read out first, followed by old messages.
- After listening to your messages, you can make the following choices:
- Press 6 to delete a message.
- Press 7 to hear the previous message.
- Press 8 to pause and 8 again to start playback.
- Press 9 to hear the next message.

- Press 1 to listen to your messages.
- Press 2 to change settings.
- Press 0 for help.
When you press 2, you can:
- Record a new message.
- Change personal code.
- Turn off voicemail.
