Enable and manage identity verification for your organization via Settings.

With identity verification, you can let your customers verify their identity, for example with BankID, before or during a transaction.

Get started with identity verification

To activate identity verification, you first need to contact our support. We will help you get started and ensure that the correct permissions are activated for your organization.

When the Identity Verification permission is enabled, a new menu appears in the organization settings.

Find the settings

Here's how to find your identity verification settings:

  1. Click on the gear wheel .
  1. Select Organization Settings .
  1. Click Identity Verification .

Here you will see the identity verification providers that are set up for your organization, for example BankID.

Enable or disable verification

When a supplier is set up, there is a switch where you can enable or disable verification.

Only enabled providers can be selected when you configure identity verification in an input collector.

This is useful if you have multiple verification methods and want to temporarily disable one or more of them.

Use identity verification in an input collector

The identity verification itself is handled via input collectors .

To use identity verification, you need to add and activate it as an input collector in the flow where the verification will be used.
