Listen to your Subs voicemail

There are two ways to listen to your voicemail depending on whether you have mex activated or not:

1. Play and manage voice messages in the app (Mex)

1. Open the app and click on the phone icon in the menu on the left.

2. Select the Voicemail tab to view your received voicemails.

3. Click the play icon next to the message you want to listen to.

4. When you have finished listening and want to mark the message as played:
   • Click on the three dots next to the message

   • Select the Mark as played option.

5. To mark all messages as played, select the Mark all as played option in the same menu.

2. By calling a number (not mex)

• Call 22.

• New messages are read out first, followed by old messages.

• Follow the instructions to delete, hear the previous message, the next message, and to listen to the message again.
