Who can configure the retention period?
- Users with Phone system permission can configure the retention period for answer groups and other users.
Configure the retention period
You can configure the retention period, i.e. the time each recording is stored, on both users and answer groups.
Recordings will be deleted oldest first and no longer be accessible.
Choose between
- Choose between 1, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 84 months or custom
- Maximum 30 000 calls (user)
- Maximum 300 000 calls (answer group)
Configure the retention period for a user

- Click on
- Click on your organisation name
- Expand Phone System
- Click on Call recording
- Choose the user you wish to configure and expand it
- Under retention period, choose the amount of months you want
- Click save

- Choose the user you wish to configure and expand it
- Under retention period, choose the amount of months you want
- Tap save
