Integrations in the app
To make the app even smarter we have integrated some app and programs to make your life even easier. All of these are free of charge and can be activated at any time.
Office 365

Office 365 is a set of workplace productivity tools. This integration will allow you to:
- Connect Office 365 accounts to the app
- Synchronize email and folders, compose new and answer emails from within the app.
- Share emails to chat channel
- Synchronize calendar events and book meetings with conference links from within the app
- Synchronize contacts and cread and edit contacts from within the app

To integrate Office 365 with the app, you need to connect an exsisting Office 355 account.

- Login with your credentials
- Now you should se the message "Successfully connected"

There is a lot of smarte features when you have integrated your Office 365 account. Here is a list of what you can do
- Share an email to chat channel
- Compose a new email
- Create a new calendar event, with or without a conference.
G Suite

G Suite is a set of workplace productivity tools. This integration will allow you to:
- Connect G Suite accounts to the app
- Synchronize calendar events and book meetings with conference links from within the app
- Synchronize contacts and cread and edit contacts from within the app

To integrate G Suite with the app, you need to connect an exsisting G Suite account.

Slack

Slack is a messaging application for teams. This integration allows you to syncronize chat channels in Slack with chat channels in the app. All messages posted in the Sack channel will also be posted in the app channe, and vice versa. This also goes for messages from integrations in Slack.

To connect a Slack channel with its dito in the app you will need assistance from the people using slack.
- Click on Connecting Slack (external link will open in browser)
- Then click on "add to slack" or open this link
- The slack user need to login to their workspace

Trello

Trello is a task management system for individual or teams. This integration will allow you to:
- Create cards from the app (From scratch or from a chat message)
- Assign cards from the app
- Move cards from the app
- Share cards and lists in a channel
- Automatically post changes of Treollo boards or cards to a channel

It is easy to connect your trello boards to the app. Follow the steps below
- Click (A browser page will appear)
- Login with your credentials
- Click allow
- Copy the token
- Paste it in the app
- Click on connect

There is a lot of thing you can do in the app with the Trello integration. Use the guides bellow.
- Create a stream
- Share a card / board
- Disconnect account
Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a sales CRM system. This integration will allow you to:
- View and create activites from the app
- View and create deals from the app
- Assign deals from the app
- Automatically post events in Pipedrive to a channel

It is easy to connect your Pipedrive account to the app. Follow the steps bellow
- Click
- Click get Pipedrive API token (will open in a browser page
- Login with your credentials
- Copy token
- Paste in the app
- Click connect

You can easily create and share deals from Pipedrive by typing '/' and then you select the activity you want to share or the deal in the respective stage.
