Who can access insights?

  • Users with the permission Insights can view and edit the settings

Insights is an add-on that can be purchased. To find out how you do it, go here and read more under the headline Add-ons.

Access insights

  • To access insights, click SETTINGS GEAR.svg expand the list INTEGRATIONS.svg insights

Connect integrations for Insights to get contact insights on incoming calls, etc.

Connect integration

  • Custom webhooks can be used to make an integration with a system for number lookup so that additional information can be displayed on incoming calls or fetch calls to an external call recording feature/storage.

    To add a custom webhook integrations please contact customer care for more information

  • With HubSpot connected you can automatically log calls made from the app in HubSpot. You can also:

    • See info on incoming calls
    • Show contact in HubSpot
    • Add new HubSpot activity, note, task, call & meeting
    • Show and expand activities in the app
    Connect HubSpot
    1. Click ADD SQUARE.svg
    2. Choose HubSpot
    3. Name the integration and click connect
    4. A page will open in your browser
    5. Login with your HubSpot credentials
    6. Choose an account
    7. Click connect

    You need to have App marketplace permission or Super Admin permission in HubSpot to integrate it with the app

    The email address in the app must match the email address registered for the user in HubSpot for the integration to work correctly.

  • With Zoho connected you can automatically log calls made from the app. You can also:

    • See caller info on incoming calls
    • Expamd contact in Zoho
    • Add new activity, note, task, call & meeting
    • Show and expand activities in the app
    Connect Zoho
    1. Click ADD SQUARE.svg
    2. Choose Zoho
    3. Name the integration and click connect
    4. A page will open in your browser
    5. Login with your credentials
    6. Accept the terms of the integration
  • Once you have integrated Lime CRM, calls will automatically be logged from the app directly in Lime. You can also:

    • Get information about the caller on incoming calls
    • Expand the person in Lime
    • Add a deal, to-do and history
    • View and expand activities in the app
    Integrate Lime
    1. Click on ADD SQUARE.svg
    2. Select Lime CRM
    3. Name the integration
    4. Enter your "Client URL" found under Profile -> API Documentation.
    5. Generate an API key via Lime and paste it into the app
    6. Click connect
    7. Click EDIT PEN.svg on the integration you just connected, toggle on log calls automatically

    To integrate Lime CRM with the app, you need to be an administrator in Lime.

  • Once you have connected Salesforce, calls will automatically be logged from the app directly in Salesforce. You can also:

    • Get information about the caller during calls
    • Expand the person in Salesforce
    • Add a new note, task, meeting, or call
    • View and expand activities in the app

    Integrate Salesforce

    1. Click the plus icon
    2. Select Salesforce
    3. Name the integration
    4. Enter your “My Domain” name from Company Settings Company Information in Salesforce.
    5. A page will open in your browser
    6. Click Connect

    Click the integration again to switch from Salesforce Lightning Experience to Salesforce Classic as the default.

Connect Upsales

  • Our Upsales integration can be used in two ways.
    1. CTI connection where you use Upsales E-phone, which means you do not need to leave your CRM to make a call.
    2. Integration in the app where we present who is calling and give you the option to open the contact directly in Upsales, among other things.
    These two ways of using Upsales can be combined, which means that some users can call via CTI and others via the app.
    Features you can use:
    • Make calls directly from Upsales (CTI)
    • Get information about the caller during calls in the app
    • Expand the person in Upsales
    • View and expand deals, meetings, and activities in the app
    • Direct link to the contact in Upsales
    1. Click on ADD SQUARE.svg to connect a new integration.
    2. Select Upsales
    3. Name the integration (Optional name, suggested "Upsales")
    4. Obtain an API key from Upsales
    5. Enter it in the app
    6. Click on Connect
    1. Under Insights, click on Keys for Insights
    2. Click on Install App in Upsales
    3. In the top right, click on Activate
    4. In the app, click on “Create new organization token” and copy it.
    5. In Upsales, paste it and click on Save

    Now Upsales is connected at the organizational level. You can now ask users to follow the guide below.

  • If you have an active CTI connection from another provider, please disconnect it.

    1. Click on Personal Settings
    2. Expand Integrations and click on Insights Keys
    3. Click on Install App in Upsales
    4. In Upsales, in the top right, click on Activate
    5. In the app, click on “Create new user token”
    6. Copy it and paste it in Upsales
    7. In the app, copy your session key and paste it in Upsales
    8. Click on Save

    If you log out from the app, you need to update your session key in Upsales to make calls again.
