To order a data SIM, please email support@vobbiz.se with the following information:

1. Which subscription (mobile number) should have the data sim
2. Depending on whether you have an unused SIM card or not
3. If you have an unused SIM card, please provide the ICC number (20 digits)
4. If you don’t have an unused SIM card, please provide us with your delivery address so we can send you the SIM card

A data SIM is an additional SIM card to an existing subscription, not a separate one. Data SIMs can also be called twin card, extra SIM & extra card.
