Status colors in the app

There are two things in the app that users sometimes confuse, these are activity status and status colors. Here we explain the differences between them. 

• When you create an activity status in the app, you can either choose the availability mode "Available" or "Busy".
  Where "Available" is green and "Busy" is red. 

  1. When you are available, you can have different status colors
  2. When you are busy, you are always red

• Green means that the user is available and is active in the app

  Yellow means that the user is available but is not active in the app

  Gray means that the user is available but does not have the app running (offline)

  Red means that the user is busy, it will not be visible whether the user is active in the app
