Edit a user

Required qualifications:

You need to have the Users & Teams permission to be able to edit other users.


Edit via User

Step 1 – Go to Organization Settings

  • At the bottom of the menu on the left, you'll see an icon that looks like a gear .
  • Click on it to open the organization settings.

Step 2 – Open Users

  • Under User Accounts , click Users .

Step 3 – Select users to edit

  • Click on the user you want to edit.
  • The user's information will expand and you can make any desired changes.

Edit via contact card

Step 1 – Find the user

  • Use the search field to find the user in the contact list.

Step 2 – Open the contact card

  • Click on the user's avatar to open the contact card.

Step 3 – Go to personal settings

  • Click the gear icon .
  • Select Open personal settings .
